HIIT TRAINING

Our HIIT Class (high intensity interval training) FASTER is aimed to challenge you both physically and mentally in our small group training environment. Our aim is to reach maximal output through the movements of body weight exercises such as squats, press and lunges paired with conditioning foundations such as our assault bikes, air bike, rowers, ski ergs and sled to provide you with the ultimate group training experience.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Our strength class STRONGER consists of both body weight and weighted exercises that focus on maximising output and testing strength and endurance in a targeted manner that will help tone and define every muscle.

Our personal training is tailored to suit your goals and needs. We value the importance of a good relationship that enables us to create a space where you are not judged and supports you in becoming a “stronger you”. 3:1 TRAINING

Our 3:1 training is tailored to suit all fitness levels and can cater for all strengths, needs and injuries. We value the importance of a good relationship that enables us to create a space where you are not judged and supports you in becoming a “stronger you”.
