At Strong Nation Brighton we offer tailored 4:1 semi private personal training sessions to suit every fitness level. No matter what stage you’re at in your training, our coaches are here to help you achieve your goals.
Each one of our classes runs for 45 minutes and is designed to target fat loss and full body conditioning. Our classes use proven scientific methods to ensure that you achieve the best workout possible in a structured and safe manner.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior as all sessions start with a warm up.
Please bring a towel and drink bottle to all sessions.
